Christian Oliva is a REALTOR® and proud to represent Northeast Florida. His love for the 'First Coast' is deeply rooted, moving to Jacksonville in 1999 when his father relocated with the Navy from San Diego, CA. He is a graduate of Paxon School for Advanced Studies ('13) and the University of North Florida ('18), earning a Bachelors of Arts in Business Management with a minor in French Studies. Christian earned his real estate license in 2017 and was previously on a top producing real estate team, who achieved a combined sales volume of $27 million in 2020. Real estate is a significant milestone and investment, and Christian works hard to assure his customers achieve their goals. A passion for both real estate and Jacksonville create a valuable balance to advise you in the real estate process, whether you're a native or newcomer. He understands the qualities each area presents to accentuate you and your family's lifestyle. Christian is an active member of the Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS®, St. Augustine & St. Johns County Board of REALTORS®, Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Women's Council of REALTORS® Jacksonville, and LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance. He's also a member of the University of North Florida Alumni Association, Riverside Avondale Preservation, Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club, The River Club of Jacksonville, and Mercedes-Benz Club of America (Southern Stars). Christian currently resides in Mandarin with his partner, Keith, and their Jack Russell Terrier named Buddy.
