Funny, Attentive, and Knowledgable are only a few reasons why my first-time home buying was so enjoyable and stress-free. From touring homes to signing contracts on closing day, I could not have had a better realtor by my side throughout the process. If I didn't know what to do, Christian was always able to help. I appreciated all of his advice from finding a lender to getting my inspection, and he struck the perfect balance in our offer letter to ensure we won out of the other potential buyers. First and foremost, Christian was an amazing realtor. He was friendly, dedicated, and found a way to accommodate our tight schedules. Christian was great to work with. He was very responsive to all our questions. He worked tirelessly to the house ready for sale organizing contractors to come and fix any issues found the likes included Electrician, Plumber, Glazer, and general maintenance people. His advice was outstanding. The house sold for the highest price in the neighborhood.I would highly recommend to anyone!!
